Defective / Fault Products:

We pride ourselves in the high-quality of our wake surfing fins. In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased from wakesurfingfins.com is faulty/defective, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, as quickly as possible.

Please email us at info@wakesurfingfins.com.

Make sure to include photos clearly showing the defect/fault, along with the issue you are having with your fins. This will speed up the process.

Once we review your issue / photos and approve it, we will ship the replacement product to you with in 2-4 business days, free of charge. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement product when the damaged is caused by the buyer due to lack or disregard of proper care, misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. If we request the product to be returned to us for our review, we will reimburse the cost of the return postage on the faulty/defective items.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us at info@wakesurfingfins.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse the cost of return postage or organise recollection from you.

Change Of Mind Returns:

We offer a 30-day money back or exchange policy on all purchases,  provided that the items are returned to our warehouse in their original unused resellable condition in their original packaging with all tags.

Undamaged, correctly returned products will receive a refund of the product cost to the purchaser’s credit card, once the goods are received and inspected by us. The cost of return postage for ‘change of mind returns’ will be incurred by the purchaser.

We strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking information.

For EXCHANGES, upon receiving the original returned parcel, we will then courier the new replacement parcel at a discounted courier rate (we will advise the cost). This must be paid in advance of its posting by the buyer.

Wakesurfingfins.com 1 Year Limited Warranty:

Wakesurfingfins.com offers a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear. Faulty product validated under the warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of wakesurfingfins.com.

Wakesurfingfins.com will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product. Proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction) is essential for all warranty claims.
